i was hit by a girl who had country insurance. it took over a week for someone to look at my car. & another 2 weeks for someone to get back to me about what they are going to do about the damage, they offered me 50% of the damage she did to my car witch they sayd was just over $400.. so in the mien time i got quotes from different body shops with prices ranging from $1300-$1600.. it is there responsibility to have my car fixed, i was not at fault, i didnt run that light. & i cant afford $1000 to finish getting my car fixed.. so to conclude my rant... country insurance. bad.. |

I was in a car accident five days ago and still have not been able to contact my insurance agent. Every time I call they run me in circles and have been extremely unhelpful. I wanted a company which can offer me the insurance policies at affordable rates according to my pocket. I never had the money with me to repair my car or to spend on my house whenever something is damaged. There came Country insurance with full assurance to cover my car, home and properties. What else I needed as an individual. The company was dedicated to serve me and I am so relieved of all those seemingly small issues. But then they were always sufficient to keep me away from my sleep. Thanks to Country insurance for bringing me that lost sleep.

I have had Country Insurance on my car since 1976, and have never had any problems. I have always found them to be helpful and easy to work with. I have had to file at least four times on accidents and several more comprehensive claims. Great Company!. |

Country Insurance sent an agent to our home to discuss our current homeowners and auto policy with us. While at our home we discussed the other buildings on the property. We asked him to give us a quote on what it would cost to fully insure these buildings. When he returned he gave us the quote (which was extremely costly)and we asked him if there was anyother coverage for the buildings. He at that time told us there was Auxillary Structure coverage for a specified amount, so we discussed that if something happened to the buildings at least there would be some coverage. We declined the full coverage because of this conversation. Less than a month later, we had some damage occur to the building, now as we continue to debate the claim, we are being told that there is no coverage for our building due to a specific statement in our policy. The insurance agent lied to cover his own self and denies ever having the conversation with us. I feel that people need to know that Country Insurance hires untrustworthy people and in my opinion this makes them a terrible choice for anyone.. |

I have been insured with Country Financial for 30 years. I meet with my agent every year to review the coverages for my home and 5 vehicles. I can always reach a customer service rep. 24 hours a day. I have had two homeowner claims for storm damage and found the claims service to be fantastic. I recently read that J D Power & assoc. rated Country one of the best companies for their claims service.. |
